Pinnacle Gymnastics Academy Policies and Procedures
Signing Up
Registration: All registration can be completed online using our Online Registration Form or our Parent Portal for returning students. A parent/legal guardian must complete a Registration and Medical Insurance Information form for each child attending classes.
Fees and Payments
Our program is based on a 4-week month. Tuition is payable on the 1st of the month. If payment has not been received by the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee will be added to your account. Tuition, camp, and special event fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Registration Fees: A non-refundable fee of $50 is due for each child attending classes. This includes secondary coverage through AthleticsICC Insurance Services and is required for all students. This coverage will pay all, but a $500 deductible of costs not covered by your primary insurer. This fee is due annually and is renewed every year on the anniversary of your enrollment.
Prorating of Fees: The proration of fees is only allowed for new students that are starting mid-month. Pinnacle Gymnastics Academy DOES NOT prorate fees for absences.
Sibling Discount: Families with two or more children enrolled in our program will receive a 5% discount on total tuition. This discount applies to full months of tuition.
Multi-class discounts: Multi-class discounts are offered to families with children enrolled in two or more classes. The discount is 15% off the 2nd class and 20% off the 3rd class.
Late Fee: A ten-dollar ($10) late fee will be assessed to your monthly tuition if not received by the 10th of the month.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or check for monthly tuition. A credit card must be kept on file to be used for Automatic Payments. A returned check will result in a twenty-five-dollar ($25) fee. This fee and your child's tuition fee must be paid by cash, cashier's check, or by card before your child will be allowed to participate in class.
Automatic Payment
To register for Automatic Payment, please log in to your Parent Portal to add a card to your account to be used for automatic payment. Card details can be updated with the front desk in person, over the phone, or online through the Parent Portal.
Automatic payments will be run on the 1st of each month. If your family would prefer to pay by cash or check, please do so before the 1st of each month to avoid being charged using the card on file. We accept Visa or MasterCard.
Securing your spot
Due to our strict student-to-teacher ratios, tuition must be paid by the 10th of the month, to secure your child's spot for the month. If payment is not received by the end of the month, the child will be dropped from their current class. Once your balance has been cleared, they may re-enroll in available classes. Please note that class spaces are not interchangeable between children.
Pick-Up Policy
All gymnasts are to be picked up no later than 15 minutes after class or practice. If you are not able to pick up your gymnast within that time frame, please notify the front desk. All gymnasts are to stay inside and be picked up from inside while waiting for rides or parents.
Sick Policy: To keep our Participants and employees safe and healthy, we ask that you keep your child home if they exhibit any symptoms of illness and they are not feeling "well". If you are ill or someone in your family is ill, please stay home.
Make-ups: Make-up classes will be offered one time per month on a Saturday at the end of each month. All make-ups are scheduled by appointment, where space is available, and cannot be rescheduled. No make-ups are offered for Mommy and Me, Tiny Tots, Team, Xcel, or DP classes.
Cancellations: In order to stop the next month from being charged, a cancellation form, or email must be received at least one week (seven days) prior to the month you are dropping for. We do not accept VERBAL cancellations or mid-month cancellations. Cancellations only apply to full, upcoming months. If you are on Automatic Payment, we will not refund processed tuition for late cancellations.
Miscellaneous
Attire: Students should dress in comfortable clothing such as leotards, shorts, T-shirts, or warm-up suits. Please do not send your child to class wearing jeans, khakis, or any attire with belts, buckles, and buttons. Hair should be secured away from the face, single ponytail preferred. No socks or shoes will be allowed on the gym floor. All street clothes and belongings should be left inside the cubbies provided. Valuables should be left at home. Pinnacle Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parent Viewing: To help your child focus and maintain a safe environment, no sideline coaching at all. Please avoid distracting the gymnasts in any way, interrupting workouts or communicating with your child through the garage doors.
Student Advancement: Your child will receive a promotion certificate upon completion of each level when their skills are accomplished. Progress Reports are handed out twice a year for all Recreational classes. These are typically conducted in late Spring and late Fall of each year.
Parking Lot: Please do not take parking from the company next door to the left. Pinnacle Gymnastics Academy is not responsible for any cars towed if not in permitted parking or tow away zones. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when walking through the parking lot for safety.
Playing: Children are not allowed to play on the gymnastics equipment when not part of a class, in the parking lot, or around the perimeter of the building, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
General Photo/Video Release: Pinnacle Gymnastics Academy may film or take photographs during classes, events, or other activities for promotional use. You may contact the office if you want your child removed from any promotional material they may appear in.
